How It Works - Getting started is simple

Once you've decided what feels right for you, you can book an initial consultation to talk through your needs and explore how we can best support you.
This first session is a gentle introduction, giving you space to ask questions and get a feel for how we can work together on your healing journey.
What we offer

With our advice and guidance sessions we offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely, discover what is going on, make plans to keep yourself safe, rebuild your strength, and begin to rediscover who you are, through your journey and beyond the abuse.​

Our Wellbeing Group offers a gentle, supportive space where you can connect with others who understand what it means to face emotional challenges, learn and rebuild from difficult experiences.
In this group, we come together to share, listen, and heal in a compassionate and confidential setting. Each session focuses on nurturing emotional resilience, self-awareness, and inner strength.
This occurs through engaging in open discussions, reflective exercises, and guided practices designed to support your wellbeing.

Whether you’re healing from past trauma, managing anxiety or low mood, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself and others, this group provides a space to be seen, heard, and supported.
Together, we explore ways to restore balance, rebuild confidence, and rediscover a sense of peace and purpose in everyday life.

Our Meditation Circle is a gentle, nurturing space created to support emotional healing and inner peace. Whether you’re recovering from trauma, navigating life changes, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, these guided sessions offer a moment to pause, breathe, and realign.
Each circle invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm through meditation, mindfulness, and energy awareness.
You’ll be guided in a supportive group setting where compassion, safety, and understanding are at the heart of the experience.
Meditation can help quiet the mind, ease anxiety, and restore balance to both body and spirit.
Over time, you may notice a growing sense of clarity, self-acceptance, and emotional freedom.
The circle is open to anyone — no previous meditation experience is needed.
All you need is an open heart and a willingness to heal, reflect, and connect.
