Our therapy supports individuals facing the effects of

anxiety, depression, stress, mood swings, anger, grief, loss, relationship issues, chronic illness/pain, self worth, and low self-esteem. 

We also specialise in Domestic abuse, Sexual violence and Trauma.

Through an integrative, primarily person-centred approach, we work together to help you rebuild confidence, develop healthy coping tools, and find peace within yourself.
