Join us for a deeply calming and restorative Meditation Circle, held in collaboration between Roots to Rituals and Forward 2 Freedom.
This 2-hour experience is designed to offer a safe, supportive space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already on your journey, this circle welcomes you exactly as you are.
